Quinton L. McGirt is a Broward County, Florida native and the Co-founder and President of The Justice Project of South Florida, Inc. He is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Sociology. In addition to his leadership in the nonprofit sector, Quinton serves as a Police Officer in Broward County, Florida.

Quinton brings extensive training and experience in youth education, life coaching, counseling, community organizing, group facilitation, restorative justice circles, and law enforcement. He is a passionate speaker who frequently addresses topics such as youth leadership, effective parenting, financial literacy, crime prevention, community involvement, personal development, and strengthening relationships between law enforcement and the communities they serve.

Through his compelling life story and professional experience, Quinton inspires and motivates others to recognize and maximize their full potential. He understands the importance of equipping individuals and communities with the tools needed not only to respond to adversity and change, but also to adapt in ways that promote healing, unity, and meaningful partnerships. His work encourages others to become agents of motivation and positive change within their own communities, organizations, and spheres of influence.
