Lead Volunteer's Committee

A Lead Volunteer Committee Member provides coordination and guidance for assigned projects or teams, serving as the primary point of contact between volunteers and JPSFL leadership. This role helps ensure all activities are carried out in alignment with organizational policies, timelines, and safety standards. Lead Volunteers support effective communication, task delegation, and on-site problem solving, while also contributing as part of a collaborative leadership team that offers guidance and insight to JPSFL’s Board of Directors. As experts in their respective fields, Lead Volunteers share their knowledge, experience, and resources to support informed decision-making across programs, projects, and community events.
